Marietta Foster Smith received her formal art training in the Fine Arts dept. of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a B.A. in Arts Management from Salem College. She has produced scores of illustrations for books, magazines, and educational materials. She also does decorative art, murals, furniture painting, fine art painting and sculpture.
